2. Account Usage Rights and Limitations

Your account credentials (username, password, M3U links, or extreme API codes) are for your personal use only.

Simultaneous Connections: You must not exceed the number of simultaneous connections allocated to your specific subscription tier. Attempting to use a 1-connection plan on multiple devices simultaneously will result in automatic stream buffering or temporary account suspension.
Prohibited Sharing: Sharing your login details publicly, on forums, or with individuals outside your household is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination without refund.
Re-streaming: Re-broadcasting, copying, or duplicating our streams to third-party platforms is strictly prohibited unless you hold an active, authorized Reseller account.

3. Service Availability and Network Dependencies

While we maintain a 99.9% Server Uptime SLA, the inherent nature of IPTV means streaming quality relies heavily on your Internet Service Provider (ISP), your local network routing, and your device capabilities.

Fubo IPTV is not responsible for stream buffering, freezing, or downtime caused by:

Your ISP throttling IPTV traffic during peak hours (we strongly recommend using a reputable VPN if you experience this).
Insufficient internet bandwidth (a minimum of 25 Mbps is recommended for smooth HD/4K streaming).
Outdated local hardware or non-compliant streaming applications.

4. Intellectual Property

All interface designs, graphics, branding, and original platform software associated with the Fubo IPTV website are the exclusive property of Fubo IPTV. We do not host, store, or index any of the media content accessed through our service. We merely act as a directory pathway connecting users to various internet broadcast URLs.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fubo IPTV, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to, or inability to access, our services. Fubo IPTV is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you breach any core provisions of these Terms of Service, particularly regarding unauthorized sharing, re-streaming, or attempting to compromise our server infrastructure.
